We are meant to run. I find comfort in running. Several knee injuries have prevented me from doing it for long periods in my past, therefore I try to never take it for granted.
These days I’m getting more and more interested in running organized races. I enjoy them because they give you ample training motivation with a set goal to work towards. My competitive nature also loves that it’s just you against the clock and every new race represents an opportunity for a new personal best!
